GETTING THERE
PMV from Kavieng to Namatanai use Route 7, and the trip takes 2-3 hours.
PMV from Namatanai to Kono are PGK 15. The PMV trucks heading west coast highway from Namatanai are Galagalam, Island Boy & Transformer. A long, but adventurous ride!!
If coming from Kokopo - catch the Solwara Meri (K70 per person) to Namatanai. Then jump on the PMV to Kono!!
To Self-Drive from Kavieng, it takes about 3 hours when taking the Karu-Konogogo crossover road.
